Kettura.com provides information about holiday cabins and destinations in Finnish Lapland (including Levi and Ylläs), practical guest tools (for example weather, aurora, and road information), content such as guides and blog posts, and ways to contact us or make booking enquiries. The site is provided for general information and marketing purposes.

3. Bookings and third-party platforms

Cabin stays are typically booked through third-party platforms (for example Airbnb) or by separate arrangement with us. These Terms apply to use of this website, not to the full contractual terms of a paid cabin rental.

  • When you book via Airbnb or another platform, that platform's terms, cancellation rules, payment processing, and guest/host policies apply to the booking.
  • Prices, availability calendars, and property details on this site are provided in good faith but may change; the booking platform or a written confirmation from us is the authoritative source for a confirmed reservation.
  • Submitting a contact form, newsletter signup, or enquiry does not create a binding booking or guarantee availability.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, admin areas, or other users' data

  • External links (for example to Airbnb, Instagram, maps, or activity providers) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party sites or services.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, branding (including the Kettura name and logos), text, photographs, and other materials on this site are owned by us or used under licence. Our total aggregate liability arising out of website use under these Terms is limited to £100, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

This section does not limit rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory UK or EU law, or liability under a separate cabin booking contract.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA or Scotland/Northern Ireland you may also benefit from mandatory local consumer protections and courts that apply to you.
