- Package prices are from-prices and exclude VAT; a fixed quote follows a free first consultation.
- Finnish taxpayers can claim the household tax credit (kotitalousvähennys) on qualifying maintenance and renovation labour - 40%, up to €2,100 per person in 2026. We are in the prepayment register and itemise labour on every invoice.
- Additional services are charged separately.

All regulated work is carried out by licensed Finnish professionals whom we select, arrange and supervise, to the exact standards the law requires:
- Electrical work: Carried out by an authorised contractor to standard SFS 6000, under the Electrical Safety Act (1135/2016) and notified to Tukes.
- Chimney sweeping (nuohous): Booked on the legal cycle, at least every three years for holiday homes, under the Rescue Act (379/2011).
- Fire safety: Smoke alarms to the required one per 60 m² of floor per storey, plus extinguisher and fire-system checks kept on schedule.
- Building permits: The single building permit (rakentamislupa) under the new Building Act (751/2023, in force 2025), filed via Lupapiste with the municipality.
- Wastewater & septic: On-site systems that meet Government Decree 157/2017 (BOD 90 %, phosphorus 85 %, nitrogen 40 % reduction) under the Environmental Protection Act (527/2014).
- Certificates: Every inspection logged and every certificate filed and handed to you.
