Our commitment to an inclusive website

Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 18 July 2026

1. Our commitment

Kettura Finland wants everyone to be able to browse our cabins, plan a Lapland trip, and get in touch, whatever device or assistive technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-off task.

2. What we do

  • Provide a "Skip to content" link for keyboard and screen-reader users.
  • Use semantic headings, landmarks, and labelled form fields.
  • Aim for readable colour contrast and text that scales when you zoom.
  • Add descriptive alternative text to meaningful images.
  • Keep interactive elements reachable and operable with a keyboard.

3. Known limitations

Some parts of the site rely on third-party content and tools — such as embedded maps, live weather and aurora data, and social media feeds — whose accessibility we do not fully control. We work to offer accessible alternatives where we can, for example plain-text information alongside interactive elements.

4. Tell us about a problem

If you find something on kettura.com that is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, please let us know and we will do our best to help. Email info@kettura.com or use our contact page. Please describe the page and the problem so we can put it right.

5. Ongoing improvement

We review accessibility as we add features and update content, and we welcome feedback that helps us do better. This statement will be updated as the site changes.
